Day 43

Day 43

When the days are full of excitement, adventure or things out of the ordinary, I have found it easy to find images to capture.

It is the days that are mundane, typical, routine, where I sometimes struggle.

Such is life and relationships, isn't it? Day 38

Day 38

It was injured; the hind leg was lame.

It hobbled slowly down the river, leisurely munching on the overhanging trees.  My children fearfully asked, "Mom will it be O.K?"

I hate not knowing the answers to their questions...

Day 37

Day 37

It remains elusive....

Either I don't have my camera, or I am fumbling with it as it's gigantic wings cover vast amounts of distance taking it away.  One day it literally flew over the top of my car.  As I looked out my drivers side window I could almost make eye contact and was left in awe of the sheer enormity of it and its wingspan.

Maybe some experiences are to just be that; an experience imprinted on us that neither photograph or retelling of the tale could ever do it justice.

But I will continue to watch for it.....
