Day 127

Day 127

Flower in the crannied wall,
I pluck you out of the crannies,
I hold you here, root and all, in my hand,
Little flower—but if I could understand
What you are, root and all, all in all,
I should know what God and man is.

- Alfred Lord Tennyson (1809-1892)

Day 126

Day 126

Reflections of another day's end.

The vibrancy of colors in the sunsets we experience never cease to awe me.

Beautiful, awe-inspiring, and memorable... life should mimic these sunsets.

Day 125

I am so proud of her.

Sure of her improved dance skills... but more-so of the things she has learned this year in ballet.

She has worked through the ugly things of jealousy and insecurity and come through on the other side.  Lessons she has learned that she will carry with her forever.

Day 124

Day 124

The final salute of a 33 year career.

I am sad my youngest won't get to experience Deb, but I guess she is allowed to retire....

Enjoy your next adventure! You deserve it!

I am sure that it is a sign of spring and growth.

Tightly furled, waiting for the right time to bloom.

Day 122

Day 122

I was sitting in the kitchen editing photos when something outside caught my eye.

There was Bill, checking out the tractor.

Apparently he wanted to see his world from a different perspective.

We can all benefit, at times, from a different point of view.

Day 121

Day 121

Today was one of those days that was full throttle from the moment I woke up.

When I finally got home for good tonight, it was twilight and there was only a slight bit of remaining light.

The still bare trees stand strong and stark against the evening sky. I love the simple contrast and slight natural arch created. I just needed to look up to find beauty.
