Day 219
SHE
is clothed in
STRENGTH and DIGNITY
and
LAUGHS
without fear
at the
FUTURE.

Day 218
She carefully inspects her Auntie's bridal bouquet, which was made by her Mommy.
It sparkled brightly, filled with broaches and pins from many women in their family.
Lockets with treasured photos dangled delicately.
The bouquet was as beautiful as the moment.

Day 217
Lines, Angles and Curves.
The Standing Rock Lutheran Church in Fort Ransom stands tall against the grey and rainy sky.
So much contrast contained in a single image.

Day 216
I spy, with my little eye, a little pumpkin.
In the garden.
That the deer and rabbits have yet to find, and eat.

Day 215
If the shorter days make me blue, the farmer's market makes me happy!! I love wandering the tables seeing all the variety that is being sold. It is so easy to "eat your colors" this time of year. These are beautiful beet leaves, that I have used to make pesto at times. Yum...

Day 214
Thank you God for the long overdue rain.
And thank you for the passion for my craft that drove me to sit on the garage floor, continuously shooting, until I finally got what I wanted:
the moment a rain drop hit the puddle.

Day 213
The sunsets are getting more golden, the days a bit shorter, and I just created my 8th folder of the year for my daily photo project. I am usually filled with melancholy around this time of year, and today is no different. Within a couple weeks, school tasks will be priority and the grind will start up again. I just want to eek out some more play and time to pause for just a few more days.
